Kaparkan Falls (often known as Mulawin Falls) is really a limestone terraces hidden for centuries in the landlocked province of Abra. This travertine rose to fame in 2015 when pictures of the terraced water gours were uploaded on the net.

The bottom level has greater pool heights than others in the upper level. Further, you can find portions of this level that are restricted to tourists unless associated with local guides.

The bottom level of the Karakan Falls takes a little walking down an incline within the forest trees and bamboos all night up pursuing the cascades up to the balite tree.
