Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is manufactured out of the plastic bottles (PET), processed into recycled loose fiber (staple ), these loose or staple fibres are made of “plastic“ (PET) cool drink bottles these are generally further broken into :

sprite green staple fibres
stoney beige staple fibres
coke or clear white staple fibres

It is then, converted into a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric generally known as stitch bond fabric by making use of excellent polyester filament yarn or thread. The intertwining in the thread and loose fibre can be described as stitching process or stitching technology. This stitch bond fabric is 100 percent local. Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is created by stitching polyester staple fibers and polyester filament threads together, glue will be added to change the looks to create the finished products. These stitch bond non-woven fabrics appear in different widths and weights, with respect to the clients requirements.
