At school I provided first line support in terms of resolving DNS errors, general windows/IE errors and user queries within our open access centre.

I’ve also enabled it using the ability via cli and systemfallback to produce custom iso spin as I have configured vmwareplayer on the machne allowing me to produce my very own virtual versions of Oses.
