At school I provided first line support in terms of resolving DNS errors, general windows/IE errors and user queries inside our open access centre.

I currently have a VPS using a custom Linux Ubuntu iso view able using a vnc viewer on password is view-only. I have also enabled it using the ability via cli and systemfallback to create custom iso spin when i have configured vmwareplayer about the machne allowing me to create my own virtual versions of Oses.
