Safety Tips & Techniques:

Tool speed will be determined by the material you are using your burr on. If you happen to be experiencing chipping, you are most probably operating at too much of speed for the application. Start having a slower speed while increasing on the way unless you reach the best results

Apply light pressure and allow the tool carry out the work. Bearing documented on the tool can result in reduced tool life plus a dull burr.

Always wear proper PPE to feature (however, not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and safety gloves. Keep all guards set up on your machine.

Avoid experience electric power drills; the slower speeds can result in chipping of one’s workpiece.
