Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is made from the plastic containers (PET), processed into recycled loose fiber (staple ), these loose or staple fibres are produced from “plastic“ (PET) cool drink bottles these are further broken into :

sprite green staple fibres
stoney beige staple fibres
coke or clear white staple fibres

It is then, converted to a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric generally known as stitch bond fabric by utilizing top quality polyester filament yarn or thread. The intertwining of the thread and loose fibre is known as a stitching process or stitching technology. This stitch bond fabric is 100 percent local. Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is manufactured by stitching polyester staple fibers and polyester filament threads together, glue is then added to alter the looks in order to create the finished products. These stitch bond non-woven fabrics appear in different widths and weights, based on the clients requirements.
