Which has a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, in 2010 ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to produce a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.

A professional in creating sculptors away from metal scrap, every time a client approached Nishant to create one among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby baby girl is an answer to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came as a possible opportunity to express his love for the higher power.

Despite the short notice, a task that will need a commitment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in just a month. Tirelessly morning and night with his team, he says “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts had to be handpicked so they really could easily fit into like a jigsaw puzzle. The most challenging and challenging part was the whole process of hammering and bending several to get the desire shape of your body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors combined with the task of executing the task on the deadline, which however we was able to accomplish.

A 6 ft . tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it’s made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost 10-15 mm in thickness which are bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to make it a complete metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been manufactured from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts only to name a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can also be made from gears, nuts, bolts and also with a piston block and a wrought iron tail.
Using the 6 foot Ganpati created away from automobile scrap for his client, the next work for Nishant is often a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
