Having a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, in 2010 ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to make a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.

An experienced professional in creating sculptors beyond metal scrap, when a client approached Nishant to make certainly one of Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. Despite the short notice, a project that requires a dedication of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in just a month. Tirelessly time of day and night along with his team, he admits that “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts had to be handpicked so they really could easily fit into being a jigsaw puzzle. The most difficult and challenging part was the whole process of hammering and bending several to own desire model of our bodies. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors combined with task of executing the work with the deadline, which however we been able to accomplish.

A 6 feet tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it can be made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are nearly 10-15 mm thick which are bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to make it an entire metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been made from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts only to name just a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can be produced from gears, nuts, bolts and also with a piston block and a wrought iron tail.
With all the 6 foot Ganpati created from automobile scrap for his client, the subsequent task for Nishant is often a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
