2016 Christmas Rock n Roll music recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A fresh 2016 Xmas rock n roll tune has been written, composed and then studio recorded in a Phuket recording studios in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the main aim of providing awareness and exposure for the Phuket island charities and children’s Orphanages that Mark supports. You can listen and read more by going to the Tsunami Day, Phuket site .

The tunes name is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the songs sound is a distinctive up-tempo rock n roll song. Mark wrote and semi studio recorded a demo music guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket island and has kept the demo song since then waiting for the chance to record once again. In August 2016 Mark started the studio recording process and used session players to studio record the music durring a six week period. The songs includes 8 separate tracks and all session players were from the Philippines, including the lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’.
Although I’m coming home for Christmas was studio recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was made in the USA because of Mark wanted the best result and quality. The music is now ready to be heard and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ Website.
The key aim of studio recording I’m coming home for Christmas is to bring as many visits to the Tsunami Day website as we are able to and then we hope in-turn they’ll be kind enough to give to at least one or all of the Phuket charities, and to also buy the song.
The other definitive goal is to have enough downloads of the track to fund and set up a Phuket live music pub with open stage and studio / training room on Phuket, which will present free lessons and tuition to local underprivileged kids from the neighborhood schools and orphanages. Currently ‘La QingTing’ isn’t currently open right now but the internet site is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you’re wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day website to market his track Tsunami Day which was influenced from his own personal experiences while he was living in Patong back in 2004 when the Tsunami devistated Patong on boxing day. Just like ‘I’m Coming Home For Christmas’the track Tsunami Day also brought awareness to regional Phuket Charities and children’s Orphanages. On the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site there’s numerous methods to greatly help including a Phuket Villa and budget flights to Thailand booking system. Every penny helps.
